Yes, you can cancel your booking. We have a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel up to 48 hours before the activity for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply.

We do not offer online payment on our website. Bookings are made only through the booking form, and payment can be made directly on the day of the activity in cash or via bank transfer (depending on the activity and prior agreement).

The prices of the activities include all the associated costs (guides, entry tickets, etc.). However, transportation may be separate depending on the activity chosen. If transportation is included, it will be specified in the activity description.

The activity hours are listed on each activity page. If you have specific needs, such as a different schedule, we can try to accommodate it based on availability.

Yes, we offer customized tours. If you have specific preferences, such as places to visit or particular times, please contact us before your booking so we can arrange an activity that suits you.

We recommend arriving on time, but if you are late, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you, but additional fees may apply depending on the delay.
